Ready to ship it in? 

1. In our ”SHOP” section purchase your repair and choose your shipping method. You are responsible for all shipping charges. The shipping charge at check out pays for your return shipping and handling. You are still responsible for shipping charges when sending your device to us. ( No label provided, you must take your package to the post office).
2. Depending on the repair, turnaround time is 1-3 working days, You’ll receive an email when your repair has been completed.
3. MOST IMPORTANTLY - Provide lock code or restore your device.  So we can test before and after. If you choose not to provide your lock code or restore your device, Your device will be returned unrepaired. A refund will be issued (minus shipping cost)
